Privacy & data

This assessment is part of doctoral research at MOME, Budapest (researcher: Lili Ermezei). This page says what happens to your data, in the same plain language the consent screen uses.

What we collect

Your answers about your company, your own well-being answers, and session metadata (duration, completion). If you enter amounts in HUF, we store the original values, the MNB mid-rate of the day and the converted EUR values. No login, no cookies beyond what the page needs to function.

How it is stored

Pseudonymised - your session is a code, not a name - on EU servers, encrypted. The researcher is the data controller and the only person with access to raw answers; the developer maintains the system under a confidentiality agreement and does not use the data.

How it is used

For this research and for your own results. Your individual answers are never shared with investors or any other third party. The research - including the dissertation - publishes only anonymised, aggregated findings in which neither you nor your company can be identified. Anonymised quotes from the feedback questions may appear in the research.

Where AI touches your data - and where it does not

Every score is computed by transparent, rule-based formulas: no AI decides any result. One AI service is used for a single purpose - turning your computed results into the written summary. It receives your scores, bands and flags only: never your individual answers, never your name, and your data is not used to train it. Research analysis with AI-assisted tools happens only on anonymised data.

Your email

Optional, in exactly two places. If you request the PDF, the address is used once for delivery, stored separately from all research data, and deleted after sending - unless you tick the optional updates box. If you opt into the feedback follow-up, the address is used for one message a few weeks later, then deleted. Unticked means never contacted.

Well-being stays on your screen

Your well-being (WHO-5) and work-exhaustion (CBI) results, and any supportive note, render only on your own results screen - never in the PDF, never in any shareable output, and they never cap or flag your venture's result. Your resilience result (score and band) is the one personal signal that appears in the profile - and you are told before answering those questions.

Your rights

Participation is voluntary. A visible discontinue control on every screen stops the session and deletes your partial data immediately. You can request deletion of your data at any time: lili@ermezei.com - honoured within 30 days. All data is deleted by 31 December 2030 at the latest.
