Participation in the research

This assessment is part of doctoral research at MOME (researcher: Lili Ermezei). It includes questions about your company and about your own well-being. Your answers are stored pseudonymised on EU servers and are used for this research and for your own results. Your individual answers are never shared with investors or any other third party; the research - including the dissertation - publishes only anonymised, aggregated findings in which neither you nor your company can be identified. Participation is voluntary: you can stop at any time, and you can request deletion of your data at any time (lili@ermezei.com). Your answers are scored by transparent, rule-based formulas - no AI decides any score. One AI service is used for a single purpose: turning your computed results into a written summary; it receives only your scores, bands and flags - never your individual answers, never your name - and your data is not used to train it. Any AI-assisted analysis in the research uses only anonymised data.
